Our office handles all Social Security Disability cases on a contingency fee basis. In other words, we only get paid if we win your Social Security Disability claim.
Our fee is twenty-five percent (25%) of the past due benefits which are awarded to the disabled claimant up to a maximum of $5,300. The maximum fee of $5,300 does not apply to claims that are appealed beyond the Social Security hearing level to the federal court system. All fees must be approved by the Social Security Administration.
In addition to attorney's fees, the claimant is responsible for reimbursing us for any costs incurred to obtain medical records.
No fees are charged out of a claimant’s current or ongoing Social Security benefits.
